FORT CHARLOTTE CONSTITUENCY
The Fort Charlotte Constituency shall be all that part of the Island of New Providence which is enclosed by the following boundary lines-
Beginning at a point at the high water mark of the sea on the northern coast of the Island of New Providence where the northeastward prolongation of the centre line of Nassau Street in an imaginary line meets the point at the high water mark of the sea thence southwestwardly along the imaginary line to a point at the junction of Nassau Street and West Bay Street thence continuing southwestwardly along the centre line of Nassau Street to the Round About at the junction of Poinciana Drive, Thompson Boulevard and Nassau Street thence continuing southwestwardly along the centre line of Thompson Boulevard to the junction of Yellow Elder Way, Hawthorne Road and Thompson Boulevard thence northwestwardly along the centre line of Hawthorne Road to Farrington Road thence northeastwardly along the centre line of Farrington Road to Tedder Close thence northwardly along the prolongation of the centre line of Tedder Close in an imaginary line to a point at the centre line of Churchill Avenue thence westwardly along the centre line of Churchill Avenue to Constitution Drive thence continuing westwardly in an imaginary line to a point at the centre line at the terminus of Hillview Court thence southwesterly in an imaginary line to a point where the southeastward prolongation of the centre line of Edmond Street meets the point thence northwestwardly along the imaginary line to a point at the terminus of Edmond Street thence continuing northwestwardly along the centre line of Edmond Street to Dolphin Drive thence southwardly along the centre line of Dolphin Drive to John F. Kennedy Drive thence westwardly along the centre line of John F. Kennedy Drive to Prospect Road (south) thence northwardly along the centre line of Prospect Road (south) to the junction of Sanford Drive, Prospect Road (north) and Prospect Road (west) thence continuing northeastwardly along the centre line of Prospect Road (north) to West Bay Street thence northeastwardly along the centre line of West Bay Street to a point at the centre line of West Bay Street in the vicinity of the Go-Slow-Bend thence northwestwardly in an imaginary line to a point at the high water mark of the sea in the vicinity of Browns Point thence northeastwardly and eastwardly along the high water mark of the sea on the northern coast of New Providence to a point at the high water mark of the sea on the western edge of the causeway leading to Arawak Cay thence northwardly, northwestwardly, northwardly, northeastwardly, southeastwardly and southwardly along the high water mark of the sea around Arawak Cay to a point at the high water mark of the sea on the eastern edge of the causeway leading to Arawak Cay thence continuing eastwardly along the high water mark of the sea to the point of commencement.
